Henry Rollins joined the Southern California band Black Flag as vocalist in 1981. Upon its demise, he formed Rollins Band, and has been making records, writing books, and touring the world ever since. Rollins has averaged over one hundred shows a year for over 30 years. He also performs in movies and TV shows and hosts a weekly LA radio show.

Henry Rollins is the king of many things... but photography maybe not much so. I expected so much more. While I wouldn't say this is bad, it was a one time only read.
This book is a tribute to Henry Rollins' best friend Joe Cole who passed away in 1991, and is a phenomenal record of his travels across Asia, the Middle-East and North-America. I was fortunate enough to have him autograph it last night during his Long-March tour in Thunder Bay. Personally, Rollins has been a personal idol for two decades, and continues to put on over 100 shows annually. An amazing book published by an amazing individual.

Interesting collection of essays and photographs. Definitely not from the usual travel destinations. The ideas expressed are thought provoking. Good read overall.
