I like Katie Lee and enjoy watching her on Food Network. This book is okay, with a few gem recipes. However, the book isn't bound in a way that allows it to lie flat (to read as a reference) while cooking. More than a few ingredients are too shore-centered and pricy to be approachable if you live a land-locked existence on a budget.
What a great summer and spring cookbook! The recipes in this book are great for spring and summer especially if you want to use fresh ingredients. I would highly recommend this cookbook!
This is a fun read with some personal tidbits of Katie Lee's. Most of the recipes sound yummy & easy, but others have ingredients that aren't available to me where I live.
Bought as a birthday gift for my friend in her 70's. She opened the book and right away found a couple of recipes she wanted to try.

The best ever cookbook for summertime. Cooked many recipes and all were excellent, easy to follow instructions, not a ton of ingredients, but fancy enough to impress company. Highly recommend.
